How does service activation work?

🟢 Green status – service active

A green status means the station is already installed and fully operational. As soon as you subscribe, the service is activated right away. You’ll have immediate access to the micro-station’s data, and billing begins from the moment your subscription is confirmed.

🔵 Blue status – service being activated

Blue indicates that the station is currently being installed. Although the service will be available shortly, billing won’t start until we’ve validated that the station is functioning properly. Once the station is confirmed to be in nominal operating mode, data access will begin and billing will be triggered.

🟣 Purple status – service coming soon

Stations shown in purple represent areas where deployment is planned but not yet complete. The service will be activated once installation and validation steps are finalized. Until then, there is no access to data and no billing. We’ll keep you updated on the progress throughout the deployment process.

How we validate a micro-Station

Every micro-station is remotely monitored by our operations center.
Before we activate the service and begin billing, we ensure the station meets the operational standards defined in our General Terms and Conditions.

What validation includes:

• Control of data reception and quality.

• Precise altimetric referencing of the station
  All of these steps take between 15 and 30 days (precise altimetric referencing requires the accumulation of data over long periods).

Once these steps are complete:

• 🟢 The service is officially activated

• 💳 Billing starts from the activation date
