How do I cancel my vorteX-io subscription ?

Annual subscription

1. Initial contract duration

Each service subscription is linked to a micro-station and has a fixed term of 12 months, starting from the date the data becomes available.

2. Termination after the initial period

At the end of the initial 12-month term, either party (the customer or vorteX-io) may terminate the contract, either in whole or in part (i.e., for specific or all subscribed micro-stations).

⚠️ To cancel your subscription, please send a notification by email to the following address:

support-client@vortex-io.fr

The termination becomes effective one month after the date of receipt of the notification.
During this one-month notice period:

The customers remains liable for the agreed payments.
vorteX-io continues to provide the services.

If no termination notice is received by the anniversary date of the contract, it will be automatically renewed for successive 12-month periods.
