How to download my subscription invoices?

You can easily access your subscription invoices directly from your vorteX-io account in just a few clicks.

 

🧾 Access Requirements

  • You must be logged in to your vorteX-io account.

  • Only Administrators and Financial Administrators are authorized to view and download invoices.


Steps to Access Your Invoices

  1. Log in to the vorteX-io platform at: https://app.vortex-io.fr

  2. Once logged in, click on your team name in the top right corner.

  3. In the dropdown menu, select the "Invoices" option.

  4. You will then see a list of your subscription invoices.

  5. Click the "Download" button next to the invoice you wish to retrieve.


Your invoices will be downloaded in PDF format, including all necessary billing information.
