If you forgot your vorteX-io password

Step 1: Access the password reset page

• Navigate to the vorteX-io login page.

• Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link below the login fields

Step 2: Enter account information

• Enter the registered email address associated with the vorteX-io account.
• Click on the "Email Password Reset Link" button.
• A confirmation message will appear in green to let you know that the reset link has been sent to your email address.

Step 3: Verify Identity

• Check your email inbox for a password reset link from vorteX-io.
• If the email is not found in the inbox, check the spam / junk folder.
• Click on the password reset link provided in the email.
  
  
  

Step 4: Reset the password

1. Enter a new password that meets vorteX-io security requirements

2. Confirm the new password by entering it again.

3. Click on the "Reset Password" button.

Step 5: Log In with the new password

1. Return to the vorteX-io login page.

2. Enter the registered email address and the newly created password.

3. Click on "Log in" to access your account.
